If you find an "identical" sofa* at a lower price that can be verified with a "published price"** at any full-stocking furniture retailer in our trade areas, HOM Furniture will gladly, upon verification match the lower price plus issue you a "$100 Gift Card."***
This Price Guarantee applies to in-stock merchandise and does not apply to custom orders, manufacturer's rebates, going-out-of-business sales, Floor Models, Close-Outs, One-of-a-Kind items, Limited Quantities, "As-Is" items, items offered as Final-Sale or Scratch-and-Dent or Clearance Models.
*Identical sofa must include manufacturer's name and model number including same fabric or leather grade that can be verified with a published price at any full-stocking furniture retailer in our trade areas.
**Published price shall mean any price reflected in a normal retailer's website or current printed advertisement and does not include in-store quotes or special tagged items not posted in print or on their website.
