Philosophy
"Ever since I was little, I've been enamored with looking at, and drawing floor plans. I would imagine specific people living in the homes and arrange the furniture in the perfect configurations. After college, I fell in love with color and how it can change everything about a space. I love coming up with unique and 'out of the box' ideas that can truly make the project special for each client. I get excited about the treasure hunt that each project brings, working alongside each client to find those special pieces to make their entire space truly reflect their style and personality."
Biography
Krysta is from a small town in North Western Minnesota and has lived in the cities since 2012. She owes all of her creativity to her parents who were both Industrial Technology (wood shop) teachers. They were constantly building and making projects (and memories) that she truly adored. Krysta received her Bachelor of Science degree in Design Technology from Bemidji State University with a triple emphasis in Exhibit, Print and Web Design. After graduating, she found her passion for people and providing top notch customer service to every guest. She has worked for HOM Furniture since 2017 and has gained even more knowledge and creativity by working on projects and learning from her peers. Krysta loves spending time with her family. In her spare time, she loves to refinish furniture, getting involved in the community and fostering through Wags & Whiskers, Animal Rescue of MN.
