Factory Direct / Quick Ship Purchases
Shipping
Factory direct / Quick Ship items are shipped direct from the factory to your door via standard ground shipping. Once the product is shipped from the vendor you will be emailed your tracking number.
Pricing
Factory direct / Quick Ship items are final priced and excluded from all promotions and discounts.
Damage and Defects
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the exterior condition of product carton/packaging for visible damage. In the event of carton damage the buyer should note carton damage and product damage on the delivery receipt. Any parts required or damage to product that was not immediately visible must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Contact HOM's Customer Service and replacement parts will be shipped out immediately. If there is carton shortage please document on delivery receipt and contact HOM's Customer Service.
Factory Direct / Quick Ship Returns
Factory Direct / Quick Ship product returned for reasons other than damage or defect must be in new condition, original carton, unassembled and returned within 7 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the outbound and inbound shipping charges when returned to the direct ship vendor.
HOM offers 2 ways to return merchandise:
- Free return to any approved HOM pickup location.
- Return to the factory via 3rd party transportation for select vendor's. 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges apply.
Factory Direct Cancellations
Cancellations on direct ship items are not allowed.
