Customer Pick-Up Policy
HOM Furniture will not load product into any vehicle we deem unsafe to transport your purchase. Buyer accepts complete responsibility for the safe transport of their merchandise and agrees to hold HOM Furniture, Inc., its employees, and/or agents harmless in the event that any accident, injury or damages result in transport of the above described merchandise subsequent to my purchase not withstanding the fact that Seller, its employees, and/or agents may have assisted me in loading, tying down, and/or fastening the above described merchandise to my vehicle.
Nothing On Top Policy
For your safety and the safety of others traveling around you, we are unable to load, or allow you to load, any item of furniture on top of your vehicle.

Garage Drop Shipping. We will place in your garage or leave at your front door.

What’s Included
- We place all furniture in factory packaging inside your garage or loading dock or outside the 1st floor entry of your home or apartment. At the time of delivery an authorized signature is required.
- Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- Our delivery team will inspect the factory packaging to insure there is no outside damage prior to loading on the delivery truck.
- A two hour window is provided one day before delivery.
- 1 person delivery team that will place all furniture.
What’s Not Included
- Placement in specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Any necessary assembly
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Professional installation of your product, clean up and haul away of packaging.

- 30 minute call ahead for your convenience.
- 4 step Pre-Delivery Inspection at our facility
- Complete Unpacking/Unwrapping of your purchase.
- Product pre-Inspection by our professional service team.
- Pre-Assembly of all furniture and hardware (for fastest inhome install).
- Professional refinishing or on the spot replacement of defects before product is then rewrapped for safe transport to your home.
- Professional delivery team will inspect the route to the room to make sure the new furniture can safely pass through.
- Placement of furniture into a specific room of your home, condo or apartment (The delivery team will inspect the room to make sure it is ready for delivery and discuss where you would your new furniture to go.)
- Complete assembly and installation of your purchase (Excludes assembly of Ready to Assemble merchandise).
- In-Home consultation and training with our professional delivery team for furniture care and use.
- Disposal of all packing materials.

Express Mattress Delivery
HOM is the hassle free solution to a better nights sleep. We provide free white glove delivery on mattress set purchases of $1299 or more. HOM delivery staff will provide setup and will remove your old mattress and place it in your garage or on the curb for free. For a $30 fee per set, the delivery staff will remove your old mattress (excluding waterbeds), haul it away and have it recycled.
