HOM Furniture works diligently to bring you the finest products and services at the lowest possible prices.
We guarantee it.
If you should find the same product and services from an authorized dealer at a lower price* within 30 days of your purchase, HOM will match that price, plus we will give you an additional 10% of the difference. Plus, if we put a product on sale within 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly give you a credit for the difference.
*Since many lesser quality furniture products may have the same appearance or upholstery as our top brands, we require that the price quoted is for the same product and service, including availability, delivery, set-up, applicable local sales tax, and payment terms. All products must be in original factory packaging. No factory seconds or discontinued product. We will confirm the competitive price along with any costs of providing equivalent HOM services in order to determine the price we’ll be matching. Price matches after purchase will be in the form of a merchandise credit for future purchases. Excludes flooring. See sales associate for details.

Our Love It Guarantee
On purchases of regularly stocked products, if within the first seven days, you don't LOVE your furniture purchase – for any reason – HOM Furniture will restore any defect apparent with your purchase or gladly correct your dissatisfaction through an exchange of product, one time reselection of a different product, or refund when your furniture is returned in “like new” condition. (Custom orders, Flooring, Mattresses and Clearance products, Design and delivery services are not included.)
The HOM Furniture 7 Day “Love It Guarantee” is not applicable to the following Sleep Express purchases: mattresses and mattress sets, pillows, mattress pads, sheets or reverie adjustable bed bases. Mattresses may qualify under our 120 Night Comfort Guarantee.
What’s Included
- We place all furniture in factory packaging inside your garage or loading dock or outside the 1st floor entry of your home or apartment. At the time of delivery an authorized signature is required.
- Products with multiple parts will require do-it-yourself assembly.
- Our delivery team will inspect the factory packaging to insure there is no outside damage prior to loading on the delivery truck.
- A two hour window is provided one day before delivery.
- 1 person delivery team that will place all furniture.
What’s Not Included
- Placement in specific rooms of your home, condo, or apartment
- Pre-delivery inspection
- Unpacking or unwrapping furniture
- Removal of packing materials
- Any necessary assembly
