Sleep Express 120 Night Comfort Guarantee
You have 120 nights to decide if the mattress you purchased is the correct comfort choice for you. If after a minimum of 30 nights you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to the 120th night from the original delivery date to take advantage of our Comfort Guarantee.
To participate in this program, you simply need to purchase one of the mattress protectors offered by Sleep Express. The protector must be used at all times on the mattress purchased. Notify your Sleep Express Specialist at the store location where you made the purchase or contact Customer Care Department at (763) 767-3675 between 30 and 120 days after delivery.
120 Night Comfort Guarantee Details:
- A mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as your original mattress sale.
- A delivery exchange fee of $169.99 will be charged for all Comfort Guarantee exchanges.
- The 120 Night Guarantee is limited to ONE exchange per customer.
- If the reselection is of greater value, the difference must be paid.
- If the reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
- Refunds are not available
- Current pricing at time of reselection will be valid and previous offers will be excluded.
Conditions:
Any Product Returned Under the Comfort Guarantee must:
- Be in “like new” condition.
- Not contain soiled marks or stains of any kind
- Must be free of smoke damage, pet hair, cuts, tears, rips or burns
- Mattress must have the Federal Law Label attached.
- Product returned to pick up centers must be properly repackaged to prevent damage.
Exclusions:
The 120 Night Comfort Guarantee excludes product received beyond 120 days, warranty replacements or mattresses from a previous comfort exchange, Pillows, Sheets or Mattress Protectors, special ordered products, in-store display samples sold “as-is” Adjustable Bases or clearance items discounted due to prior damage.
Gift with Purchase Guidelines:
Occasionally there are promotions that include a non-returnable gift or free item with purchase. In these situations, a retail value will be assigned to the gift item included with the purchase price of the mattress set. The value of the non-returnable gift with purchase or free item will be deducted from the credit available for the mattress reselection. This would also apply to any gift card offered with purchase. If the gift card has been redeemed, the credit amount available will be reduced by the amount used from the gift card.
