Natural finish teak typically requires annual maintenance to maintain the natural teak color. This depends on the environment it is exposed to. If left untreated in an outdoor setting often teak will develop a beautiful silver patina from exposure. If this is the desired tone, then no added maintenance is required. If the natural wood tones is desired, a simple teak cleaner needs to be applied and then a sealer to maintain the natural golden tones, normally an annual process.
