We worked with Tom to find a loveseat and a couple of accent swivel rockers. He greeted us, asked what we were looking for, and showed us the general areas to find them. He checked on us a couple of times during our visit (which lasted a couple of hours) to make sure we were finding what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and we did not feel pressured in any way - all in all a positive shopping / buying experience.

I was treated with courtesy. Garette was very knowledgeable and did not waste our time with chairs that I would not be interested to buy. Our choice turned out to exactly what I needed. Comfortable and fit my color scheme as well as quality. I would look for Garette again if I needed more furniture.

Grat all around including white glove delivery where slumberland charged for delivery him furniture did not and 10 year extension full warranty for the bed and frame that operates the headr& legs raise ! All 5 out of 5 star and great sales person, in need in my eyes of a raise or promotion.. love Hom!

Julie was amazingly attentive and accommodating for us. She stayed late for us to browse and purchase a piece of furniture we needed on short-notice. She was able to honor us returning to use our discount on additional purchase since the store was closing at the time we arrived. We were very pleased with the customer service.
