One of the better experiences I've ever had at a furniture store. I was in the market for a new mattress and the choices were staggering. Jacob R., the salesperson I worked with, was extremely knowledgeable and helped us focus on what would work for us without sales pressure. I will definitely return.

Customer service was excellent

We came in one day to research options and the salesperson was very friendly and helpful. I returned a different day and the salesperson I originally spoke with was out, so the Sales Manager assisted me. Both were excellent!

I completed prior research on the recliner I wanted. Yvette met me at the door and showed me different recliners and offered suggestions based on my preferences. I made the purchase and scheduled a delivery. I was in the store for 30 minutes. Delivery was on time and professional. Recliner is what I expected based on price point.

Such a great store & great staff!! Only complaint is that they still use styrofoam cups in their coffee area :(

Stephanie greeted me as I walked into the Oakdale store. She asked what I was looking for and showed me some options for a reclining loveseat. She has a very pleasant demeanor and provided all the info I needed. She didnâ??t pressure me into anything but printed out a quote for the two items I was considering. A couple days later she sent an email and I made the purchase through the link she provided. Easy peasy!! Great experience!

My wife is in a wheelchair and Tyler made it a point to move chairs and other things just so she could get up close with the dining room sets. We never once got the feeling that he was pushing us into making a decision â?? right nowâ?? but instead he provided us with details about wood options and table edges. We wouldnâ??t hesitate for a moment to shop with him again.

Rick Bayless (hope i spelled that right) was great. He showed us all the dining set options then left us alone to look around. That was much appreciated as we've been to stores where we've been followed around and pressured. We ended up leaving and not coming back. Rick was very respectful of our space to shop while being informative and helpful.

Sarah greeted me when I arrived at the Woodbury HOM store. She was extremely pleasant and kind. I couldnâ??t believe that she had just recently been hired as a sales associate. She was amazing! I ended up purchasing more furniture than I intended, because of Sarah and her wonderful assistance and knowledge. I am truly grateful.

They were very understanding and helpful when the pillows that came with the sofa looked nothing like the fabric I picked out. Since there. Was no error on the order they donâ??t think the manufacturer will do anything, but theyâ??re going to replace them for me. I almost never fill out these surveys but I this case the store and my sales consultant deserve a shout out.
