We purchased an area rug at HOM Floors in Lakeville, MN. We had wonderful service from Mark Blackwell. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable on all aspects of carpet. We would highly recommend him for your floor needs!

There is always someone at the front of the store to greet customers ! They always have a smile and an offer to help! It's fun to shop and see all the new inventory knowing every question I have will be answered promptly!

Looking for a sofa Josh was a good salesman , no pressure , let me wander around , answered a few questions for me , & after 6 most. I finally found a sofa I wanted , not exactly the color I was looking for , but I like it . Can't wait to get it! Nice free pillows too. Josh sent me to Mark in the rug dept. Also very personable & helpful. When I get my couch , I will go back & get a rug , especially as they are on sale.

Our experience with Mark Blackwell was excellent. He is very knowelageable and personable. He went above and beyond in bringing our rug pad out to our vehicle and I would highly recommend him for any flooring needs.

They were very thorough, knew exactly where the furniture was at that we were interested in. Stayed with us until the transaction was complete. Found the kitchen chairs that I wanted within 10 minutes of entering the front door. Very speedy.

We were greeted by Lexi Tead shortly after entering the store. She was warmly welcoming and offered to show us around in areas we wanted to focus on. There was no pressure, really like a guided tour. And gradually we began finding furniture we need. Lexi did an excellent job of sizing up our needs and vibe. We will continue to work with her as we furnish our new home.

It was a very pleasant experience as there were staff available, but they let me browse without being bothered. When I had questions, Barbara was nearby and answered them. She had so much information on the piece I was interested in. Very helpful.

I was greeted by Barb Swenson, Interior Designer upon entering your Lakeville store. She was friendly and very knowledgeable! I told her what I was looking for but and needed her advice on fabric for 2 chairs as well as a sofa that would work well with the chairs. She took the time to ask for myâ??wishesâ?? and style preferences. After looking around we found a sofa I liked so we proceeded to chair fabrics. She found THE most perfect fabric!

Brett is mattresses was very knowledge and followed up with an email before and after my purchase.
