Ali was a great salesperson in the HOM Rochester store. He helped my wife and I find dining room chairs, deck chairs, a deck table, a deck umbrella and base. He gave us personalized attention, answered all our questions and looked up additional details to make sure we could get exactly what we wanted. He arranged home delivery on dates that are convenient to our schedules. Our in store browsing and purchasing experience was smooth and enjoyable. Dawn is a true professional that truly knows how to make furniture shopping easy and less stressful. She thought about things that I wouldâ??ve never considered and made valuable suggestions. She was also very kind and offered to come to my apartment and take measurements herself to ensure I ordered the right furniture. I was quite indecisive but she was patient and listened to every concern. I would recommend her time and time again!

Pleased with the chair we purchased. Tiffany, the sales associate, was helpful. Dock loading staff were helpful with loading of chair and friendly.

Cory greeted me and he showed great sensitivity in allowing me to test the mattresses without watching over me or questioning me unnecessarily. He picked up all. I wish to try the Avocado mattress, and guided me to the appropriate mattresses for a side sleeper. He saved me valuable time. Additionally, Cory showed deep knowledge of the stock. He understood the issues involved in picking a mattress and facilitated this process. He also was knowledgeable about other kinds of furniture and helped me to make another important purchase on the second floor! Cory is the best!

When we walked in Ruth Ramanauskas said hello and let us look at our own pace. It was so refreshing to walk into a furniture store and not be bombarded every time we walked though the store. Ruth still stayed around the area where we were but let us come to her with questions.

We have bought several pieces of furniture from HOM and this was by far our best experience. Ruth Ramanauskas listened to what we were looking for. She let us browse, checked back a few times with information on the pieces. Then suggested we look at a couple other pieces we may have missed. They were exactly what we wanted. Appreciate her professional knowledge and her easy to work with approach. No need to even try another store.
