Do not recommend HOM installation
Would absolutely not recommend HOM installation. The installer was extremely unprofessional and it took them several trips to finally get our carpets correct. They are still not installed great - some of the edges are still untrimmed and need to be better tucked in.

This was installed in living and bed rooms over a concrete slab. It feels very comfortable on stocking feet and doesn't leave shoe imprints. It's very clean looking but not too smooth looking. The installers were careful and respectful. They did a very good job. Customer service picked up on the installation details I asked for. The entire process was efficient.

Bought carpeting for two bedrooms. I had also bought the same product in a different color for my sun. I spilled a cup of coffee on it and the stain production was excellent, you could not see where the coffee had spilled and clean up was easy. After that t.here was no doubt that I wouldn' bej putting Karastan carpeting in the bedroom.
