HOM Furniture and The Jason Show Present Mattresses to 60 Breast Cancer Survivors

Live taping at HOM’s Bloomington showroom celebrates survivors and women in treatment as HOM Furniture and Bedding of America give $100 to Susan G. Komen with every Susan G. Komen Plush Mattress purchased through October 31.

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (October, 2026) – The Jason Show took its annual Breast Cancer Audience Takeover on the road to HOM Furniture’s Bloomington showroom on Wednesday, October 7, where HOM Furniture and mattress manufacturer Bedding of America surprised 60 women in the studio audience with Susan G. Komen Plush Mattresses valued at $1,599 each. Recipients included women currently going through chemotherapy and breast cancer survivors sitting in the audience.

Survivors and women in treatment filled the showroom alongside loved ones and support persons, all wearing special pink Jason Show shirts for the live taping. Host Jason Matheson and co-host Falen Bonsett welcomed the crowd for a morning dedicated entirely to celebrating survivors and thrivers during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Kyle Johansen, executive vice president of HOM Furniture, joined the hosts on set to walk viewers through the features of the Susan G. Komen Plush Mattress before helping present the gift to each of the 60 woman.

Beyond the giveaway, the taping created a space for connection. Women met one another, swapped stories and shared encouragement, surrounded by the support of the people who stood beside them through treatment and recovery.

“Rest is where healing begins. It’s where we recover, recharge and find the strength to face whatever tomorrow brings,” said Johansen. “Hosting The Jason Show and seeing this room full of women supporting one another is something our entire HOM family will never forget. These women have shown incredible courage, and they deserve every good night’s sleep we can give them. And through October 31, together with Bedding of America, we give $100 to Susan G. Komen with every Susan G. Komen Plush Mattress purchased at HOM, so every night of rest helps fund research, education and care for the next woman facing this fight.”

The Susan G. Komen Plush Mattress pairs a soft, cozy feel with dependable support. A quilted, breathable cover promotes airflow to help keep the sleep surface cool, while high-density foam layers add cushioning and stability.
